Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar while continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy.

  6. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then spread it over the cooled meringue.
