Ingredients
- 4 cups of rye bread, cubed
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rye bread cubes and milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together.
- Pour the egg mixture over the soaked rye bread and stir to combine.
