  • 1/2 cup (75g) diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup (75g) diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
  2. Add the cooked shrimp, diced cucumber, and diced red onion to the bowl and gently toss to coat everything in the dressing.
