Ingredients
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups baby spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Place a small amount of the pork mixture onto each dumpling wrapper and fold to create dumplings.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the dumplings and mushrooms, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the baby spinach to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
