Ingredients
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan, and cook until slightly softened.
- Stir in the cooked egg noodles, curry powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, then remove from heat and serve hot.
