Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, black pepper, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the ribs. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the ribs for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and caramelized. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
