Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10-15 minutes until they are soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell pepper, carrots, snow peas, and bean sprouts to the pan, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
