Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10-15 minutes until they are soft, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to make the sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, carrots, snow peas, and bean sprouts to the pan, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the soaked rice noodles and the prepared sauce to the pan, and toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
- Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve the Nqaij Qaib Zib Ntsuag hot.
