Ingredients
- 2 cups nshima (sadza)
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup grilled eggplant
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Form the nshima into small patties and grill them until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each nshima patty.
- Layer with cooked spinach, grilled eggplant, sliced tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
- Drizzle hot sauce on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the top half of the nshima patty on the fillings to create a slider.
- Secure with toothpicks and serve immediately.
