Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
