Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, sugar, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
