Ntoba Na Likofi (fried Okra With Groundnuts)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh okra, sliced
  • 1 cup groundnuts (peanuts), crushed

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
