Ingredients
- 1 kg beef, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook until translucent.
- Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tomatoes, butternut squash, and green beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
