Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of nori seaweed
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 1/2 pound fresh salmon, sliced into strips
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place a sheet of nori on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a border at the top.
  3. Arrange the salmon, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
  4. Sprinkle with pickled ginger and sesame seeds.
  5. Roll the nori into a burrito shape, sealing the edge with a little water.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  8. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the nori is crispy.
  9. Remove from the skillet and slice each burrito in half.
  10. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
