Ingredients
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1/2 pound fresh salmon, sliced into strips
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place a sheet of nori on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a border at the top.
- Arrange the salmon, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
- Sprinkle with pickled ginger and sesame seeds.
- Roll the nori into a burrito shape, sealing the edge with a little water.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the nori is crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and slice each burrito in half.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
