Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- Place the flour in a third shallow dish.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
