Nut-free Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
