Nut-free Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  3. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
