Nut-free Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
