Nutmeg Butter Lobster

Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the stovetop grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the ground nutmeg, minced garlic, and half of the chopped parsley.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Brush the nutmeg butter mixture onto the lobster meat and continue grilling for another 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the grilled lobster to a serving platter, drizzle with the remaining nutmeg butter, and garnish with the remaining parsley.
