Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
