- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef cubes with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well to coat the beef evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
