Ingredients
- 200g dried noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the julienned bell pepper, carrot, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the stir-fried noodles with vegetables hot.
