Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the honey, yogurt, milk, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
