Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the honey, yogurt, milk, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
