Ingredients

  • 1 cup obbattu (holige), crumbled
  • 4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the milk over medium heat.
  2. Once the milk starts to simmer, add the crumbled obbattu and mix well.
  3. Stir in the sugar and cardamom powder, and let the kheer simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the kheer thickens to your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
