Octopus Lagareiro (polvo À Lagareiro)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs octopus, cleaned and tenderized
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions
