Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat palm oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste, stock cubes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the bitter leaf (Onugbu) and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Layer the lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish, repeating until all ingredients are used up.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
