Instructions
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
- In a pot, heat palm oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the tomato paste, stock cubes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the bitter leaf (Onugbu) and cook for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish, repeating until all ingredients are used up.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
