Ogbono Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground ogbono seeds
  • 2 cups chopped mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots, green beans)
  • 1/4 cup palm oil
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat palm oil in a pan over medium heat.
