Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground ogbono seeds
- 2 cups chopped mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots, green beans)
- 1/4 cup palm oil
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat palm oil in a pan over medium heat.
