Ingredients

  • 1 whole carp, cleaned and scaled
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Make 3-4 diagonal cuts on each side of the carp and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the cavity of the carp with sliced lemons and minced garlic.
  4. Brush the carp with olive oil and place it on the grill.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
