오이무침 (Oi Muchim) is a traditional Korean salad made with fresh cucumbers and a flavorful dressing. It's a refreshing side dish that pairs well with any Korean meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes to make the dressing.
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them.
- Toss the cucumbers gently to coat them evenly with the dressing.
- Sprinkle the sliced green onions on top and toss lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
