Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh squid, cleaned and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, onion, and green onions, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the squid and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the squid is cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the squid and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve hot.
