Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh squid, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3-4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onion, and green onions, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it is cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the squid and vegetables, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve hot.
