Ingredients
- 1 small squid, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 package (about 200g) soft tofu, cut into cubes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups anchovy or seafood stock
- 1 tablespoon Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté the squid, onion, zucchini, and garlic until the squid is cooked through.
- Add the stock, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Gently add the tofu, stirring carefully to avoid breaking it.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, then add the green onions and chili (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt to taste.
