Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup julienned cucumber
  • 1/4 cup julienned red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the dressing.
