Okinawan Soba Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Okinawan soba noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  5. Add the cooked soba noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, and toss to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
