Ingredients
- 500g okra, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Trim the ends of the okra and cut them into thin slices.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the okra slices.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the okra. Mix well.
- Cook the okra on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly crispy.
- Once done, remove from the heat and serve hot.
