Ingredients
- 500g okra, chopped
- 400g fish fillet, cut into chunks
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
- Heat some oil in a pot and sauté the onions, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper until fragrant.
