Ingredients
- 500g okra, washed and dried
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Trim the ends of the okra and slice them into 1-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the okra, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook covered on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
