Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground muskox meat
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground muskox meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
