Ingredients
- 1 bunch of ong choy
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Wash the ong choy thoroughly and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the ong choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
