Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of ong choy
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the ong choy thoroughly and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the ong choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
