Ingredients
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 pre-made pizza dough

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the onions and continue cooking until they are golden brown. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool.
