Ingredients

  • 4 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and caramelized, about 20 minutes.
