  • 1 packet wine yeast

Instructions

  3. Add the sugar and wine yeast to the jar.
  4. Fill the jar with water, leaving some space at the top for fermentation.
  5. Cover the jar with a clean cloth or towel and secure it with a rubber band.
  6. Store the jar in a cool, dark place for 7 days, stirring the mixture once a day.
  7. After 7 days, strain the liquid into a clean container, discarding the orange solids.
  8. Transfer the liquid to bottles and refrigerate before serving.
