Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Allow the taco sauce to cool completely before transferring it to a jar or airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
