Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, such as cod or haddock
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
