Oslo-style Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, such as cod or haddock
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dredge the fish fillets in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven.
