- Ground crayfish
- Scotch bonnet peppers
- Onions
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the assorted meats by cleaning and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat palm oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the assorted meats to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in the ground crayfish, seasoning cubes, salt, and chopped scotch bonnet peppers.
- Pour in the stockfish and dry fish, then add water to cover the meats and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add the assorted vegetables to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot with your choice of swallow or rice.
