Ingredients

  • 2 lbs oxtail
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the oxtail and brown on all sides, then remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened.
