Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed

- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup edamame
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cubed tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Toss to coat the tuna and marinate for 10 minutes.
