Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
- 2 cups Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Thai chilies, chopped
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and chilies, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted.
- Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice.
