Ingredients

  • 2-3 Thai bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
