Ingredients
- 1 bunch of morning glory (water spinach)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Wash the morning glory thoroughly and cut into 3-inch lengths.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the morning glory to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the morning glory is cooked but still crisp.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
