Padsicles are a soothing and cooling DIY remedy for postpartum discomfort. These frozen pads are commonly used to help reduce swelling and provide relief after childbirth.
Ingredients
- Maxi pads
- Aloe vera gel
- Witch hazel
Instructions
- Open a maxi pad and lay it flat.
- Spread a thin layer of aloe vera gel on the pad.
- Drizzle witch hazel over the aloe vera gel.
- Wrap the pad back up and place it in a resealable plastic bag.
- Repeat for the desired number of pads.
- Place the pads in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours.
