Padsicles are a soothing and cooling DIY remedy for postpartum discomfort. These frozen pads are commonly used to help reduce swelling and provide relief after childbirth.

Ingredients

  • Maxi pads
  • Aloe vera gel
  • Witch hazel

Instructions

  1. Open a maxi pad and lay it flat.
  2. Spread a thin layer of aloe vera gel on the pad.
  3. Drizzle witch hazel over the aloe vera gel.
  4. Wrap the pad back up and place it in a resealable plastic bag.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of pads.
  6. Place the pads in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours.
