Padstow Prawn And Crab Linguine

Ingredients

  • 200g linguine pasta
  • 200g fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 200g fresh crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
