Ingredients

  • 1 medium breadfruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sliced breadfruit on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
