Ingredients
- 1 medium breadfruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sliced breadfruit on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the breadfruit from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the slices.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
- Arrange the bell peppers, pineapple chunks, and red onion on the pizza.
- Season with salt and pepper, then return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
